Looking for other solutions to the PPT/MS issue.
Small church with single computer (and user) for audio-visual presentation, recording and web site posting Using Vista Bus Ed with MS 3.5 installed and upgraded. PPT 2007 installed.
Pastor makes own sermon PPT presentations; if "recycled", the original PPT was built with PPT 97. If not, then he uses PPT 2003. I build all other PPT using PPT 2007.
All was well until recently when Media Shout locked up when any & all PPT cues were followed by a graphics cue. And PPT presentations started with a black set of screens before displaying properly.
I have had several exchanges with MS support with several suggestions (see below), now waiting for me to replace PPT 2007 with PPT 2003.
So far: System restore to remove Vista and Apple quick time & iTunes update, Uninstall & reinstall PPT 2007, Uninstall MS 3.5 & all updates following MediaComplete directions. Each "fix" ---> no change.
Has anyone had similar issues with MS locking up? How did you fix that?
Does anyone have any suggestions? AKA HELP!!
