Audio upgrade advise

Hi all,

We're look at doing an upgrade from our no name, no good system to something that will suit and last.
We’ve had a few quotes and I’m questioning some of the equipment specified, brands, reliability and suitability. I’m also questioning the speaker coverage we can achieve with simply have 2 hanging points (as suggested by quotes) in such a wide but shallow room (with echo currently)

Services:
We have 2 types of services:
- One purely spoken word
- One has (other than spoken word) a mix of the following: 3 guitars (electric, bass, acoustic), currently electronic drums but looking at mic’ing a kit in the future, mic’d grand piano but going to bring in some electronic keys also, 4-6 singers.

Area:
20 metres (wide) by 15 metres (long) with minimum ceiling of 5 meters on one side and with a pitched roof to 8 meters on the other side. Stage is about 20cm off the floor (See the attached 30 second diagram). Also note that the front of the church is glass with semi transparent blinds and half the back (on the pitched roof side) is also glass.

Equipment:
I’ve broken up the components into brand/model. Obviously the quotes are a mix and match of these, so an opinion on brands/preference/suitability each in section would be good.

Speakers are something I really have no idea on, so help around that would be good.

Finally budget, obviously there are variations of the quotes, but we can afford these options and want to consider a bit of future proofing, so if there are alternatives to items suggested that’s fine. (I‘ve added a few where I have a personal preference)

Mixer (looking at 24+ channels):
Yamaha MG32
Spirit King-432
A&H ZED428
Soundcraft GB series (another option to consider)
A&H GL series (another option to consider)

EQ (numbers as required):
DBX 231
Peavey QF131
Yamaha Q2031B

Wireless:
Shure SLX
Sennheiser EQ100 Series
AT (another option to consider)

Effects:
Lexicon

Feedback suppression:
dbx AFS224
Square ONE dynamics 8 channel processor

Other:
dbx DriveRack PA+ (for JBL)

4 x Quest M12DC (hung in pairs)
2 x Turbosound TCX10B

1 x Quest212A (to go with FOH Quest)
2 x Turbosound TCX-15B (to go with FOH Turbosound)

Foldback Speakers:

Thanks in advance
