Good evening,

I hope I have placed this in the correct place. I assume it will be moved if necessary.

I imagine most of you have received the email with an animated billboard. The billboard has messages from God that scroll from one to the next. The email states that this is an actual billboard, but it looks like some sort of Flash animation of a variety of billboards that were around a few years ago. I have a request to use this animation in a presentation. I can't seem to extract the thing form the email and I am not sure exactly what it is.

Questions:

Is this piece copyrighted?
What is it? A Flash animation?
Does anyone know where to get an original source file? My Google search has turned up nothing.
Can this be put into a PowerPoint or does it need to run on its own?
Is there some type of software that would allow me to make the thing on my own?
Have I asked enough questions? (yes, that is rhetorical)
