We use
www.sermonshare.com to do all of our podcasts. We record the sermon and upload it to their site. They then do what is needed to podcast it. We had to register with iTunes, that took a couple of days to complete. They have a few different levels of service the lowest one is free.
They also have few different players that you can embed to your website so you can listen to the sermons from our website. You can see our example at:
