wireless router/content filter solution Help

What I am trying to do is get a wireless router with a content filter built in. There are going to be quite a few people that will be using this but not at the same time. I need to be able to have atleast 90 usernames and passwords. There will not be more than 14 on the net at a time though. This is for an after school classroom for tutoring. I have looked at some sonicwall products and also some watchdog but it is not very clear wether or not you can use usernames for access to the internet. Any help would be great. Software for this is not an option. If cheap enough I could just go with a wired solution and add a wireless access point for the wireless users. It does need to be a router though.
