FWIW, this question was a major reason we went to a worship program (EasyWorship in our case.)
We still use the vast library of ppt songs our graphic artist worked up over the years within EW, but service prep time is down to a few minutes, DVDs are now a joiy rather than a dread (as are AVIs)
