HDMI can be converted to DVI with a simple plug like these.

That being said, while I am a _huge_ proponent of proper monitoring for video; an LCD monitor is not the right choice for this job.
For that I would consider a Datvideo DAC - 6

CRT is the best option for color monitoring.
