| For a good background, look for something called Bristol Board at your local craft store. It's inexpensive, flexible, and you can find different textures - get a matted surface to avoid reflections.
When you take the picture against a white background, keep in mind your camera will try to expose that large white background as gray, resulting in an underexposed image. If you have exposure compensation, set it to overexpose anywhere from a half stop to stop or so. |
