You pay us.
We put up ads.
We mess up, you get credit for lost advertising time.
We're not responsible for anything else.
PRICES
Prices are done on a simple "per day" basis.
Price varies from zone to zone.
ZONES
Some zones are individual forums, others are a collection of forums, and one is for the full site. Advertisers have exclusive right for their zone, except for full site ads.
BIDDING & ZONES
One of the consequences of the current system, combined with our fairly low advertising rates, is that some folks have bought zones and held onto them for long periods of time.
In order to allow other people an option to advertise in these zones, and to help our advertising revenues increase to their fair market value, we are planning to:
1) introduce a bidding system in which advertisers will bid for how much they are willing to pay per day. highest bidder gets the advertising space.
2) breaking up some of the zones to make individual forums available
